Personality: Related to that last point, what exactly did their history make them? What kind of person is your character? Be thorough.
Debt: What is it that brought them to work under the witch? What are they trying to accomplish?
Suitability: We won't judge this too harshly, but we would like you to at least put some thought into the matter: how will being forced (or tricked, as the case may be) into a life of servitude by the witch affect your character? Does it concern them at all? Are they deeply bothered by being made to work for someone but enduring for their debt?

Inventory: What did they have on them at the time that they signed their contract? All items, clothing included, are confiscated following the finalization of the contract and replaced with a standard-issue work uniform. However, with enough effort (or maybe some sweet talking), they can regain them!
Abilities, Strengths, and Weaknesses: Is your character a master swordsman or magician? Is their hair weirdly perfect all the time? Are they deathly allergic to shellfish? Toss that down here. You should be able to identify your characters' weaknesses (physical and mental) in addition to their talents and strengths!
